Re 1: For members information on baptism date, registration date, children <18 years, name of possibly spouse.
Re 5: For financial contributors who have indicated that they want a tax deduction for their contribution, we also keep a CPR number for use in our tax reporting.
Re 6: We keep a CPR number for use in the statutory tax reporting.
We will only process data about you that is relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is crucial to what type of data about you is relevant to us. The same applies to the extent of the personal data we use. For example, we do not use more data than the ones we need for the specific purpose.
We only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to fulfill our stated purpose. In addition, legislation may determine the type of data needed to collect and store for our business operations - this applies, for example, to the member list.
