We take your data protection seriously. We process personal data and have therefore adopted this Privacy Policy which tells you how we process your data.

When we ask you to make your personal data available to us, we inform you of what data we process about you and for what purpose. You will receive information about this at the time of collection of your personal data.

We use this type of data about you

We use data about you to improve our service and ensure quality in our products and services as well as in our contact with you. In general, we collect six types of data:
member Data

We collect and store your personal data for specific purposes

Re 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6: We collect name, address, possibly telephone number and email address.
The purpose is to manage the relationship with us for which you have consented.
Re 1: For members information on baptism date, registration date, children <18 years, name of possibly spouse.
Re 5: For financial contributors who have indicated that they want a tax deduction for their contribution, we also keep a CPR number for use in our tax reporting.
Re 6: We keep a CPR number for use in the statutory tax reporting.

We only process relevant personal data

We will only process data about you that is relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes defined above. The purpose is crucial to what type of data about you is relevant to us. The same applies to the extent of the personal data we use. For example, we do not use more data than the ones we need for the specific purpose.

We only process necessary personal data

We only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to fulfill our stated purpose. In addition, legislation may determine the type of data needed to collect and store for our business operations - this applies, for example, to the member list. The type and extent of the personal data we process may also be necessary to fulfill a contract or other legal obligation - this applies, for example, to commitment statements and appointments.

We verify that the personal data we process about you is not inaccurate or misleading. We also make sure to update your personal data on an ongoing basis.
